Smoke Hollow Smokers, a.k.a. Outdoor Leisure Smokers, has offered inexpensive smokers since 2005. They make several vertical, cabinet-style, gas smokers that are very similar in cost and construction to Brinkmann, Masterbuilt, and the other Chinese made inexpensive gassers with one notable difference: Some models have 2 burners. Some of their larger gas smokers include sausage hangers, jerky racks, and a two-sided combination cooking grid/rib rack. Their new 44″ tall x 24″ wide x 16″ deep, dual burner LP smoker not only offers big capacity, but Smoke Hollow claims that shutting off one burner will give you low temps of around 125°F on the top rack for smoking cheese and fish. Smoke Hollow also makes a 30″ tall electric smoker. One year limited warranty on parts, 90 days on the water pan and 90 days on paint “except for rust which may appear after repeated use”. Many Smoke Hollow vertical smoker owners are very happy with their purchase. We found only a small percentage of dissenters.
